Q: How much does it cost to purchase custom screen printed t-shirts?
A: There are a few different factors that go into pricing screen printed items. Our pricing structure is based on the number of items being printed and the amount of ink colors being used per location. One of our friendly staff members would be happy to provied you with a quote.
Q: How much are set-up fees?
A: Set-up fees depend on the type of decoration that is being used. Screen printing has a set-up fees are based on amount of colors (ink color) and if it is new or existing artwork. Embroidery has a one time set-up fee depending on the size of your logo, we are more than happy to give you a quote.
Q: Can I mix and match items to recieve a better quantity discount?
A: Yes, we allow you to mix and match items with the same decoration to recieve the best quantity discount available as long as the ink colors stay the same. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply.
Q: What is your tournaround time for orders?
A: Our typical turnaround time is around 14 business days after artwork is approved. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Mada's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.
