General Questions & Answers
1. Can I come into the store to pick up the merchandise so I won’t have to pay the shipping?
Yes, you may come to the store to pick up your order with out having to pay the shipping. When ordering over the phone, simply let us know that you'll be picking up your order in-store. We will know not to ship your order, and keep your order in-store awaiting your pickup.
2. Can I get a Purchase Order instead of paying up front?
If you are a frequent customer we can offer the option of getting a PO instead of using your credit card. Please email sales@madacustom.com to request a PO account. You will then receive a confirmation email saying if you are eligible for a PO. If you are, you can use the PO option during the order process.
3. Can I upload my own image to use on the clothing?
When using our Create Your Own Design feature, you can upload a .PNG file at 100 dpi at the size your want it to print. If you have any questions related to your image please send you inquiry to art@madacustom.com; please put your name and or order number in the subject line.
4. Do you have a minimum order number?
No, you can order one item if your wish. However, when making bulk orders over the phone, there are quantity-based discounts. Please call 1-800-950-9987 to place a bulk order or for more details.
5. How do the set-up charges work?
You don't pay any set-up charges if you design and order your shirts online.
